The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, the kind of help you need, a few words about the door and opener, and where the door is. Phone calls cover the same ground.

Details recorded automatically

Each form submission is logged with a rough location and the network address it came from. That helps us filter out spam and nothing else.

What we do with it

Phone you back, prepare your estimate, get a technician to the right address, and keep a record of the work and the invoice.

Who else sees it

Requests are delivered through a messaging app to the people who schedule and do our jobs. Outside of that, information is only released when the law requires it.

There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps routine technical logs for security and reliability.

How long records stay

Job records are kept while they are useful for the work, for follow-up questions and for tax purposes, then removed.

Your requests

Ask us by email or phone to see what we hold about you or to have it erased. You will hear back within 30 days.

Kids

The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather their information.

Updates

When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
