Estimates and pricing

Estimates cost nothing. The final price depends on the condition of the door once we see it. Any additional work is described and priced first, and nothing extra happens without your approval.

Scheduling

Calls are answered around the clock. A visit time is our best estimate; weather, traffic and earlier jobs can move it, and we will let you know if that happens.

Access and safety

Please clear vehicles and stored items away from the door, and keep children and pets out of the garage while springs and cables are being worked on.

Parts you buy yourself

Openers or parts you purchased elsewhere can often be installed, but we cannot vouch for their quality or lifespan. We look them over first and tell you what we think before installing.

Payment

How and when payment is made is agreed before the work begins.
